Shipping/Handling Policy: 

We ship primarily via UPS ground for domestic orders but can also ship UPS Air, Parcel Post, FedEx, or any other means per the buyer's instructions.  All items, whether being drop shipped from the manufacturer or shipping from our warehouse, will be insured for the total purchase value in case the item becomes lost or damaged in transit. There are no minimum quantity requirements and we shall quote S&H on bulk orders if so requested. S&H and Insurance charges are for the buyer's account. We can only ship certain products worldwide to individuals or organizations providing there is no embargo in force; please contact us via e-mail before you place an order for export so we can verify that we will export the items in question.

Shipping Large Items

Shipping cost for items not eligible for automatic website calculations will need to be quoted by us either by Telephone, Email, or Fax. Please call us at 440-992-2331 or 1-866-284-1173 or request a quote from the On-line link and we will calculate shipping.

Residential Delivery Large Items

To avoid additional residential charges, you may opt to pickup your order from the local shipping terminal or ship to a business address. If you want your order held at a local shipping terminal for pickup, please call for details.

Lift Gate Service Large Items

When there is no loading dock or forklift at delivery site, a lift gate is a truck that is equipped with a back end loading or unloading device that will automatically lower your item to the ground. Most delivery companies can charge up to $125.00 extra for this service.

FOREIGN EXPORTS: Armorco is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise shipped to the address listed on your order. We address the package to be shipped as it was sent to us via email or via our website order form or verbally given over the telephone. Foreign buyers assume responsibility for any lost shipments. We do NOT issue refunds if the package is lost and not returned to our location. If the package is returned to our location in the original packaging in re-sellable condition we will issue a refund less the original shipping cost or reship to the same address or another address for an additional shipping fee. Buyer is responsible for any import permits, customs duties, import restrictions, and tariffs associated with their order.

United Parcel Service and FedEx Post are all available for your convenience.
We do not purchase Shipping Insurance which is available at the customer’s request. So please let us know if you would like your item
insured at additional expense.

International Orders

We can ship some items worldwide. Shipments to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other locations outside the continental US incur international rates. We work to keep these charges as low as possible. Please use the online quote request link for a free quote.

Delivery Times
All in stock items are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment. In the event an item is out of stock or if the item is being custom made, it may take up to four weeks before the item can ship and you will be notified with an estimated ship date. Please feel free to call or e-mail to check the availability of any item prior to placing your order. 

• Export Regulations and Delivery Time
Shipping Level III and IV RIFLE Plates outside the US requires a U.S. State Department export permit which can take 2 weeks to 2 months, generally a month or less. Please plan your purchases accordingly. Level II-A, Level II and Level III-A Body Armor could require a Department of Commerce export license but are generally license exempt to most countries.

To check on Body Armor regulations in your country, and estimate import duties and taxes into your country, please consult your government. Some products may be prohibited for import into your country. Some products may be prohibited for export unless for the US Gov't, so please check before ordering.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  We cannot take back custom ordered items or Kevlar Pressed Panels, Kevlar Fabrics, or Soft Kevlar Inserts.   

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply contact us at 440-992-2331 the returned item shipping fee's are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise notified by our returns department.   

RESTOCKING FEE:  A 25% Restocking Fee may be assessed when the item is returned if the item was returned because of Buyer Remorse, Purchasing the wrong item, or just changed your mind.  


Refunds and Exchanges: There are no refunds on body armor chest plates, bullet resistant panels of any size, or any size soft armor panels.  For Body Armor Carriers that do not fit, buyers must call first and advise they need to get another size, and obtain a RMA form and verbal authorization to return the vest(s).  A 20% restocking fee may be accessed for buyer remorse or items returned because the item was ordered in error.

Under no circumstances will any returns be allowed on custom made and special order items. Kevlar and Ballistic Fabrics, any and all Ballistic Panels once cut or made ready to ship can not be returned or refunds granted since these are special custom cut or special made products. No merchandise will be accepted for return without first obtaining authorization from ArmorCo Advanced Armoring Products. Your request to return the goods must be received within 72 hours of your receiving them and must be shipped back at buyers expense within 72 hours of receiving written approval from ArmorCo.

All merchandise accepted for return must be accompanied by the original sales invoice. We issue the purchaser a credit note when we have received the goods back in ORIGINAL NEW CONDITION and without modification. The credit note entitles the purchaser to obtain other goods from us in exchange. Under no circumstances are we obliged to refund money for items damaged by customer misuse or mishandling. Items will be accepted unconditionally if there is a manufacturer defect or if the wrong item was shipped inadvertently. Items damaged during shipping are not the responsibility of ArmorCo Online but that of the shipping carrier and refunds issued will come from the insurance purchased on each item which is included in the shipping charges. Refund requests for damaged items should be taken up with the shipping company that damaged the item; we will be happy to assist in that process. Vests and stock sized wearable items that are not custom made can be returned at the customer's expense if they do not properly fit.

Shipping charges are not refundable and shipping and the cost of shipping & handling charges on returns must be borne by the buyer. Shipping charges are only refundable if ArmorCo Online has inadvertently shipped an item that does not match the specifications and sizing originally ordered or if an item has a manufacturing defect. Any orders we agree to restock will incur a minimum 15% restocking fee on the original cost price. Please do not ship returns to the Return Address listed because some items may have been drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. A return address will be given when the request for return has been approved to be restocked by ArmorCo and/ior it's vendors. It is the responsibility of the BUYER, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state or federal laws in regard to possession and use of any item from this on-line store. If in any doubt consult your attorney regarding local, state or federal laws before ordering.
