SPECTRA, DYNEEMA, Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Bullet Proof Panels, also known as just Polyethylene or PE or UHMWPE are the strongest, lightest, composite ballistic material made today. Dyneema isn't a woven fabric like Kevlar but is instead a thin, flexible composite made from two layers of unidirectional fibers held in place with a flexible resin. This allows the fibers to cross over each other at 0 and 90-degree angles. The fiber and resin layers are then sandwiched between sheets of polyethylene film.

Dyneema is lightweight and waterproof and easily installed by gluing or screwing into it, making it ideal for vehicle armoring. Spectra/Dyneema panels can offer protection up to NIJ Level III+.

These Bullet-Proof Light Weight Panels can be pressed in protection levels NIJ IIIA up to NIJ III and NIJ III plus. We can press Honeywell Spectra and DSM Dyneema Panels HB24, HB26, HB50, Endumax, and others. We can also water jet these panels into shapes for an additional fee. Sending a DXF file with your requirements is helpful to give accurate quotes.
